Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Moxie, Docusign, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Moxie and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Docusign
Docusign + Moxie + Slack: When a Docusign envelope status is updated to 'completed', the automation searches for the corresponding client in Moxie. If a client is found, their record is updated. Then, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel notifying that the document is fully signed and the client record updated.
Docusign + Moxie + Google Sheets: When a Docusign envelope status is updated to 'completed', the automation retrieves the envelope details and searches for the corresponding client in Moxie. If a client is found, their status is updated based on the contract details. Then, a new row is added to a Google Sheet, logging the completed contract information and the client's updated status.
