Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Google Cloud Pub\Sub (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Google Cloud Pub\Sub
Moxie + Google Cloud Pub\Sub + Slack: When a new form submission is created in Moxie, the data is published to a Google Cloud Pub/Sub topic. This triggers a Slack message to be sent to a designated channel, providing real-time updates to the team.
Google Cloud Pub\Sub + Moxie + Datadog: When a message is received from a Google Cloud Pub/Sub topic (representing a Moxie call event), data from the message is used to create a task in Moxie and send it to Datadog for monitoring purposes. This helps in tracking call-related activities and performance.
