Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Zendesk
Moxie + Zendesk + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Moxie, a corresponding ticket is created in Zendesk. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the support team about the new ticket.
Zendesk + Moxie + Jira: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, the automation searches for related contacts in Moxie. If a related contact is found, and the Zendesk ticket has been tagged as 'escalated', a new issue is created in Jira.
