Formaloo + MySQL + Slack: When a new row is added in Formaloo, the data is inserted into a MySQL database. If the new entry meets certain criteria, a Slack notification is sent to a designated channel.
Formaloo + MySQL + Google Sheets: When a new row is added to Formaloo, the response data updates a MySQL database. Afterwards, a Google Sheet is updated with summarized information from the MySQL database for reporting purposes.
