Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the MySQL and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between MySQL and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
MySQL + Slack: Monitors a MySQL database for new or updated rows based on a custom query. When a critical error is detected, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the team for immediate response.
LiveChat + MySQL + Zendesk: When a LiveChat chat is deactivated, the chat transcript is saved to a MySQL database. A Zendesk ticket is then created for follow-up and issue resolution, if necessary.
