Depending on your setup, data should flow between MySQL and Livestorm (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect MySQL and Livestorm

Livestorm + MySQL + Slack: When a new registrant joins a Livestorm webinar, their information is checked against a MySQL database. If a match is found based on a custom query (e.g., specific job title or company), a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Livestorm + MySQL + Google Sheets: When a registrant attends a Livestorm event, the information is used to update both a MySQL database (e.g., marking attendance) and a Google Sheet for reporting purposes. This provides a comprehensive record of event participation.
