Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the MySQL and Mautic integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between MySQL and Mautic (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect MySQL and Mautic

MySQL + Mautic + Google Sheets: When a new lead is added to a MySQL database, the automation creates a new contact in Mautic and logs the lead's information in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for reporting purposes.

Mautic + MySQL + Slack: When a contact reaches a specific milestone (e.g., earns a certain number of points) in Mautic, the automation updates the corresponding record in a MySQL database and sends a notification to a dedicated sales channel on Slack.
