Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring NetHunt, Bitly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetHunt and Bitly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetHunt and Bitly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetHunt and Bitly

Bitly + NetHunt + Google Sheets: When a Bitly link is clicked (this trigger is not available, so we'll use a workaround: manually trigger this flow or schedule it). The flow gets the corresponding NetHunt record and logs the click event and record details in a Google Sheet for tracking.

Bitly + NetHunt + Slack: When a Bitly link is clicked (using a manual trigger because a Bitly trigger is not available), the flow retrieves the corresponding NetHunt record and sends a notification to a Slack channel with details about the click and the related NetHunt record, alerting the sales team.
