Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Google Cloud Speech-To-Text
NetSuite + Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Slack: When a new record is created or updated in NetSuite, indicating a customer service call, the audio file associated with the record is transcribed using Google Cloud Speech-To-Text. Keywords are analyzed (this step is implicit within the Speech-To-Text functionality), and if specific keywords are found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the relevant teams.
Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + NetSuite + Zendesk: When a new audio file is saved in Google Cloud Storage representing a support voicemail, Google Cloud Speech-To-Text transcribes the audio. The transcription is then used to create a new support ticket in Zendesk. Relevant information from the voicemail, captured in the transcription, is used to populate fields in the Zendesk ticket. The new Zendesk ticket can then trigger actions in NetSuite if required, by executing a saved search.
