Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Nimble, SmartSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Nimble and SmartSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Nimble and SmartSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Nimble and SmartSuite
Nimble + SmartSuite + Gmail: When a new contact is created in Nimble, a new record is created in SmartSuite. Subsequently, a welcome email is sent to the new contact via Gmail.
SmartSuite + Nimble + Slack: When a new record (project) is created in SmartSuite, the automation finds contact details in Nimble based on project details. Then sends a notification to a Slack channel with the project details and contact information.
