Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring NocoDB, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the NocoDB and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NocoDB and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NocoDB and Jibble

Jibble + NocoDB + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out via Jibble, their attendance record is updated in NocoDB. A summary message is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

Jibble + NocoDB + Google Sheets: Track employee work hours in Jibble. Store the data in NocoDB. Generate weekly timesheet reports in Google Sheets by retrieving data from NocoDB and adding it to a spreadsheet.
