Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring NocoDB, Omnisend, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the NocoDB and Omnisend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NocoDB and Omnisend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NocoDB and Omnisend

NocoDB + Omnisend + Slack: When a new record is created in NocoDB, a new contact is created (or updated) in Omnisend. Then, a welcome email campaign is triggered in Omnisend, and a notification is sent to a Slack channel.

Omnisend + NocoDB + Google Sheets: When a custom event is sent in Omnisend (representing campaign results), the data is recorded as a new row in NocoDB. Then, the data from NocoDB is added to a Google Sheet for further analysis.
