Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Notion, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Notion and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Notion and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Notion and Chatwork
Notion + Chatwork + Google Calendar: When a page is updated in a Notion database, a task is created in Chatwork to remind someone of the deadline, and a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar to mark the deadline.
Chatwork + Notion + Jira: When a new issue is created in Jira, the flow searches Chatwork messages for discussions related to the issue. A new page is then created in Notion and the Chatwork discussion content is appended to this page, improving issue documentation.
