Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Notion, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Notion and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Notion and LiveChat
LiveChat + Notion + Slack: When a LiveChat transcript is deactivated, it's saved to a Notion database. A notification is then sent to a specified Slack channel, informing the team about the saved transcript.
LiveChat + Jira + Notion: When a LiveChat conversation ends, if the issue is tagged, a Jira ticket is created. The transcript and Jira issue details are then logged as a new page in a Notion project document.
