Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OCR Space and Process Street integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and Process Street (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and Process Street
OCR Space + Process Street + Google Drive: When a receipt image is processed by OCR Space, the extracted text is used to create a data set record in Process Street. Then, the data set is saved to a Google Drive file for records.
Process Street + OCR Space + Slack: When a new workflow run is initiated in Process Street, OCR Space scans attached documents for key information. Upon successful extraction, a Slack message notifies designated approvers, containing the scanned data and a link to the Process Street workflow.
