Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and Zendesk

Zendesk + OCR Space + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, and it contains an image attachment, OCR Space extracts the text from the image. Then, a summary of the extracted text is sent to a designated Slack channel for faster review.

Zendesk + OCR Space + Google Drive: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk and has a file attached, OCR Space extracts text from the attached image. The extracted text is then saved to a new file in Google Drive for archiving purposes.
