Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Okta and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Okta and Delighted

Okta + Delighted + Slack: When a new user is created in Okta, an email survey is sent via Delighted. The result of the survey is then posted in a designated Slack channel.

Delighted + Okta + Google Sheets: When new feedback is received in Delighted, the user's information is retrieved from Okta using the email address associated with the feedback. This information, along with the feedback, is then added as a new row in Google Sheets.
