Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Okta and Harvest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Okta and Harvest

Okta + Harvest + Slack: When a new user is added to Okta, a corresponding user is created in Harvest, and a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel to inform the team about the new addition.

Harvest + Okta + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, the workflow fetches the associated user's login data from Okta and appends both time entry and login information to a Google Sheet for attendance and project tracking.
