Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Okta and Knack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Knack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Okta + Knack + Slack: When a new user is added to Okta, a corresponding user record is created in Knack. Subsequently, a welcome message is sent to the new user via Slack.
