Okta + OneNote + Microsoft Teams: When a new user joins Okta, trigger the creation of a welcome guide in OneNote. Subsequently, send an introductory message to the new user via Microsoft Teams chat.
OneNote + Okta + Slack: This flow is initiated when meeting notes are created in OneNote. The flow then attempts to find details on new hires referenced in those notes by cross-referencing with Okta data and then posts hiring updates to a designated Slack channel.
