Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Okta and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Okta + Slack + Moxie: When a new user is created in Okta, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. Subsequently, a new client is created in Moxie to track the new user's onboarding and support needs.
Moxie + Okta + Microsoft Teams: When a new project is created in Moxie, the automation verifies the user role in Okta. If the user has a specific role (e.g., administrator), a message is sent to a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel to alert relevant personnel about the new project and its creator.
