Depending on your setup, data should flow between Omnisend and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Omnisend and Chatwork
Omnisend + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a campaign is sent in Omnisend, its performance data (e.g., sends, opens, clicks) is recorded in a Google Sheet. A summary of the campaign's results is then sent to a Chatwork room to notify the marketing team.
Chatwork + Shopify + Omnisend: When a customer inquires about their order in a Chatwork message, the workflow searches for the customer in Shopify. Then shipping information from Shopify is sent to the customer via Omnisend.
