Most powerful ways to connect Omnisend and Facebook Messenger

Shopify + Omnisend + Facebook Messenger: When a customer abandons their cart in Shopify, their contact information is retrieved from Omnisend (if it exists, otherwise created). Then, a reminder message is sent to them via Facebook Messenger to encourage them to complete their purchase.

Facebook Messenger + Omnisend + Klaviyo: When a new lead is captured through Facebook Messenger, the automation first creates or updates the contact in Omnisend. It then creates or updates the profile in Klaviyo to keep both marketing platforms synchronized with the latest lead information.
