Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Omnisend, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Omnisend and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Omnisend and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Omnisend and NocoDB

Omnisend + NocoDB + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to Omnisend, their information is automatically added as a new record in a NocoDB database. Subsequently, a Slack notification is sent to the marketing team to inform them of the new subscriber.

NocoDB + Omnisend + Google Sheets: A new record in NocoDB triggers an email campaign in Omnisend. The results of the campaign, specifically contact details, are then logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
