Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Omnisend and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Omnisend and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Omnisend and Zendesk
Shopify + Omnisend + Zendesk: When a new order is placed in Shopify, a contact is created or updated in Omnisend. Subsequently, a Zendesk ticket is created to track customer-related issues for that order.
Zendesk + Omnisend + SurveyMonkey: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, a customer event can be triggered in Omnisend, potentially sending a survey link or satisfaction query, though direct integration with SurveyMonkey isn't available. The Zendesk "Ticket Updated" trigger can initiate a customer event in Omnisend to gauge feedback.
