Open Weather + Zendesk + Slack: When Open Weather reports severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow), a Zendesk ticket is automatically created to investigate potential service impacts. A Slack message is sent to the support team to notify them of the weather event and the newly created Zendesk ticket.
Zendesk + Open Weather + Google Sheets: When a new Zendesk ticket is created, the current weather conditions from Open Weather are logged in a Google Sheet, along with ticket details. This data can be used for later analysis to identify correlations between weather events and support tickets.
