Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OpenAI GPT Assistants and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenAI GPT Assistants and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OpenAI GPT Assistants and Google AppSheet
Google AppSheet + OpenAI GPT Assistants + Slack: When new records are added to Google AppSheet (e.g., customer feedback), the data is sent to OpenAI GPT Assistants to summarize the feedback. The summary is then sent to a designated Slack channel for review.
Google AppSheet + OpenAI GPT Assistants + Twilio: When new records are added or updated in Google AppSheet, the data is sent to OpenAI GPT Assistants to analyze for urgent issues. If an urgent issue is identified, GPT drafts an SMS alert, which is then sent via Twilio.
