Create a New Scenario to Connect OpenAI GPT Assistants and NocoDB
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a OpenAI GPT Assistants, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). Click on the OpenAI GPT Assistants node to configure it. You can modify the OpenAI GPT Assistants URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the NocoDB Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the OpenAI GPT Assistants node, select NocoDB from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within NocoDB.

Authenticate NocoDB
Now, click the NocoDB node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your NocoDB settings. Authentication allows you to use NocoDB through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring OpenAI GPT Assistants, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the OpenAI GPT Assistants and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenAI GPT Assistants and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
OpenAI GPT Assistants + NocoDB + Slack: When a new message is added to an OpenAI GPT Assistant thread, the flow summarizes the conversation using the assistant itself. The summary and the conversation ID are then saved to a NocoDB database. Finally, a message containing key insights and a link to the NocoDB entry is sent to a Slack channel.
NocoDB + OpenAI GPT Assistants + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in NocoDB, it triggers an OpenAI GPT Assistant to analyze the data from that record and generate a summary. This summary is then saved to a Google Sheet, along with relevant data from the NocoDB record.
