Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the OpenPhone and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Airtable

OpenPhone + Airtable + Slack: When a call is missed in OpenPhone, a new record is created in Airtable with the call details, and a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the team of the missed call.

Airtable + OpenPhone + Twilio: When a new record is added to Airtable, a text message is automatically sent via Twilio using an OpenPhone number. This allows for automated SMS notifications based on Airtable data.
