Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OpenPhone and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Caspio
OpenPhone + Caspio + Slack: When a new call event is logged in OpenPhone, the details are added as a new record in a Caspio database table. A summary of the call, including a link to the Caspio record, is then sent to a designated Slack channel for team review and follow-up.
Caspio + OpenPhone + Twilio: This flow monitors a Caspio database table for overdue tasks. When a task is overdue, the system uses Twilio to send an SMS reminder to the OpenPhone user responsible for the task, encouraging them to take action.
