Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and CloudConvert
OpenPhone + CloudConvert + Slack: When a new call transcript is available in OpenPhone, it triggers a CloudConvert job to convert the transcript to a different format (e.g., text). Once the conversion is finished, the converted transcript is sent to a specified Slack channel.
OpenPhone + CloudConvert + Airtable: When a new call occurs in OpenPhone, CloudConvert converts the audio file (if available as part of the call details) to a different format. Then, a new record is created in Airtable to log the call details and store the converted audio file.
