Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OpenPhone and Fomo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and Fomo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Fomo
OpenPhone + Fomo + Slack: When a new call event is registered in OpenPhone, create a Fomo notification to highlight the call. Simultaneously, if the call is marked as urgent based on keywords in the call summary, send a Slack message to the designated channel to alert the team.
Fomo + OpenPhone + HubSpot: When a new Fomo event is created, this automation checks if it contains feedback. If positive feedback is detected, a new contact is created in HubSpot. Following this, a text message is sent via OpenPhone to initiate follow-up.
