Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and Formaloo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Formaloo
OpenPhone + Formaloo + Slack: When a call event is registered in OpenPhone, especially a missed call, a new row is added to a specified Formaloo form to record the missed call details. Subsequently, a task is created in Slack to remind the team to follow up on the missed call.
Formaloo + OpenPhone + Google Sheets: When a new row is added to a Formaloo form (e.g., a support request), the automation updates a contact in OpenPhone. Then, the data from the Formaloo form and the call details are added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet to keep a detailed log.
