Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Freshdesk

OpenPhone + Freshdesk + Slack: When a call event is detected in OpenPhone, a new ticket is created in Freshdesk to track the interaction. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel informing agents about the new ticket.

Freshdesk + OpenPhone + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the flow checks if the ticket is tagged as urgent. If it is, an OpenPhone call is initiated. Details of the call are then logged into a Google Sheet.
