Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the OpenPhone and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Jibble
Jibble + OpenPhone + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble, the automation checks if they are currently on an OpenPhone call (using call events). If they are on a call, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.
Jibble + OpenPhone + Google Sheets: Records employee clock-in/out times from Jibble into a Google Sheet. For each clock-in/out event, the automation checks OpenPhone to determine if the employee is currently on a call and records this status in a dedicated column in the Google Sheet.
