Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring OpenPhone, Lessonspace, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the OpenPhone and Lessonspace integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and Lessonspace (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Lessonspace

OpenPhone + Lessonspace + Google Calendar: When a call is missed in OpenPhone, a new space is created in Lessonspace. The details of the Lessonspace session are then automatically added as an event to Google Calendar.

Lessonspace + OpenPhone + Slack: When a Lessonspace session ends, retrieve the relevant call transcript and send a summary, along with the student's phone number from OpenPhone, to a dedicated Slack channel.
