Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Airtable

PagerDuty + Airtable + Slack: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, a record is created in Airtable to log the incident details. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the relevant team about the incident.

Airtable + PagerDuty + Twilio: When a new record is added to a specified table in Airtable, particularly those marked with high priority, a PagerDuty incident is triggered. Simultaneously, an SMS message is sent via Twilio to alert the on-call personnel about the critical event.
