Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Baserow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Baserow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Baserow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Baserow

PagerDuty + Baserow + Slack: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, the details are added to a Baserow database for tracking purposes. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the incident.

Baserow + PagerDuty + Jira: When a new row is created in Baserow indicating a critical error, a PagerDuty alert is triggered to notify the on-call team. Simultaneously, a Jira ticket is created to track the error resolution process.
