Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Bitrix24, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Bitrix24 integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Bitrix24 (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Bitrix24

PagerDuty + Bitrix24 + Slack: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, find the on-call user. Then, send a message to a dedicated Bitrix24 channel and notify the on-call team in Slack about the incident.

Bitrix24 + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: When a new deal is created in Bitrix24, trigger a new event in PagerDuty to alert the relevant teams. Simultaneously, send a message to a specified channel in Microsoft Teams to inform them about the newly created deal.
