Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Bubble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Bubble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Bubble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Bubble

PagerDuty + Bubble + Slack: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, this automation creates a new thing in Bubble to reflect the status update on a dashboard. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the relevant team.

Bubble + PagerDuty + Twilio: When a critical error is logged in Bubble, this automation triggers a new incident in PagerDuty. Subsequently, an SMS notification is sent via Twilio to the on-call engineer to immediately alert them of the issue.
