Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Businessmap
PagerDuty + Businessmap + Slack: When a new or updated incident is created in PagerDuty, a card is created in Businessmap to track its progress, and a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the team.
Businessmap + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: When a card event occurs in Businessmap (e.g., a card is blocked), a PagerDuty trigger event is created, and a message is sent to a Microsoft Teams channel to notify the team.
