Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Data Enrichment, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Data Enrichment integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Data Enrichment (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Data Enrichment

PagerDuty + Data Enrichment + Slack: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, enrich the incident data and send a message to a Slack channel to provide the team with additional context.

Data Enrichment + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: When new lead data is available, enrich the data, then trigger an event in PagerDuty to page the sales team and send them a notification in Microsoft Teams with the enriched lead details.
