PagerDuty + Fibery + Slack: When a new incident is created in PagerDuty, a corresponding task is created in Fibery to track the issue. A notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
Fibery + PagerDuty + Jira: When a new entity (bug) is created in Fibery, a PagerDuty incident is triggered to alert the on-call team. A linked Jira ticket is also created for the engineering team to track and resolve the bug.
