Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Freshdesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Freshdesk
PagerDuty + Freshdesk + Slack: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, a high-priority ticket is created in Freshdesk. The support team is then notified via a Slack channel message.
Freshdesk + PagerDuty + Jira: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the flow checks if it's critical. If so, a PagerDuty incident is triggered, and a Jira issue is created and linked to the incident for tracking and resolution.
