Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, HeyGen, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and HeyGen integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and HeyGen (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and HeyGen

PagerDuty + Slack + HeyGen: When a PagerDuty incident is acknowledged, a summary is sent to a Slack channel, triggering HeyGen to create a video announcement with incident details, which is then posted to the same Slack channel.

PagerDuty + HeyGen + Google Sheets: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, HeyGen generates a training video using incident details. The video title and a link are then logged into a Google Sheet for tracking and future reference.
