Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Mautic

PagerDuty + Slack + Mautic: When a high-priority incident is acknowledged in PagerDuty, the marketing team is alerted in Slack via a public channel message. This prompts a manual review of active campaigns in Mautic for potential pausing, as there isn't a direct action to pause campaigns.

Mautic + PagerDuty + Twilio: When a user submits a critical website issue via a Mautic form, a PagerDuty incident is triggered. Simultaneously, an SMS message is sent to the on-call engineer via Twilio to notify them of the urgent issue.
