Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Moxie, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Moxie

PagerDuty + Moxie + Slack: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, a customer support session is initiated in Moxie, and a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the team.

Moxie + PagerDuty + Jira: When a Moxie support interaction escalates (represented by creating a client), a PagerDuty incident is triggered, and a corresponding Jira issue is created for the engineering team to address the underlying problem.
