Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring PagerDuty, Outscraper, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Outscraper integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Outscraper (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Outscraper
PagerDuty + Outscraper + Slack: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, Outscraper performs a Google Search News to gather relevant business information. The on-call team is then notified in Slack with a summary of the incident and the news search results.
Google Sheets + Outscraper + PagerDuty: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, Outscraper's Google Search is used to enrich the row data. If certain criteria are met based on the enriched data (determined by the sheet's content), a PagerDuty incident is triggered to page the on-call team.
