Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Zoho Inventory
PagerDuty + Zoho Inventory + Slack: When a new or updated incident is created in PagerDuty, the automation checks Zoho Inventory for the availability of related parts. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the on-call team about the incident and parts availability.
Zoho Inventory + PagerDuty + Twilio: When a new item is added to Zoho Inventory, this automation checks if stock levels are below a defined critical threshold. If the threshold is met, a PagerDuty alert is triggered, and an SMS message is sent to the purchasing manager via Twilio.
