After configuring Paypal, Canva, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Paypal and Canva integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Paypal and Canva (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Paypal and Canva
Paypal + Canva + Google Sheets: When a sale is registered in Paypal, an invoice is automatically generated using Canva templates and the payment details. This invoice data, including payment status and amount, is then recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
Canva + Paypal + QuickBooks: When a new design is exported from Canva, this flow automatically creates a bill in QuickBooks, using information from associated Paypal transactions to log the design costs as business expenses in accounting. This enables tracking of marketing material expenses against income received from Paypal.
